Event - Intro to Permaculture- grow your own food begins 11Aug PDC part 1

Last 7 day class will start Aug 11th 2011 on Thursdays all day.

this will also now be Part 1 of our Optional new PDC others will run later in the year as community house funding permits.

Permaculture is not just "Organic veggies" as some people have been led to believe.

This short course will cover the Ethics of Permaculture and the design principles that apply to design anything from a backyard to an Island.

Learn about Sectors, Zones and the interconnecting nature of a good design including soils, water,  fruit trees & propagating, veggies and compost.

This course is ideal for the home grower or as a taste before deciding if a full PDC or Certifcate IV or Diploma in Permaculture is right for you.

this course runs at Arrabri community house in Bayswater and one session at Telopea Mtn
